So the weather wasn't exactly decent today but the rain did hold off long enough for one of the 6 mini sessions I had planned for today. Luckily, it was the one I was most excited for! This sweet blended family, I honestly barely know. I became friends with Travis' sister, Mandy, when we were both in the classes to become foster parents together. We keep up with each other and how the process is going for our families and such. Just before Christmas Mandy told me that her brothers home had burned, a total loss, after their Christmas tree caught fire. As soon as I set a date I knew that they would be the first on my list, as I had been planning to take their photos since I found out about the fire. Photos may not make up for all of their losses, but I know how important photos of these little ones are.
